Because our products are personal care items, you do not need to return the product — just reach out and let us know, and we'll process your refund.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at [support@suaveandco.com] with your order number and reason for the refund. Our team will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order hasn't already shipped. Once shipped, our standard 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies.
